At Sunchild, we want you to love every piece you purchase, but if something isn't quite right, we accept returns on unworn items within 21 days of delivery. Please ensure all original tags are attached and the garment is in its original condition to qualify for a full refund or store credit.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely pack your items.

• 3.
  Drop Off Package

  Affix the label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of receiving your label.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
